Based in Park Royal, West London, One Eleven Studios combines decades of garment development and manufacturing experience with multidisciplinary design, technology and creative direction. Our expertise spans menswear, womenswear, couture, luxury, streetwear, outerwear, bespoke garments and commercial production.

Patterns & Grading

The architecture of the garment.

Our experienced pattern cutters translate approved designs into accurate, production-ready patterns engineered around fit, proportion, construction and movement. Patterns can then be digitised and graded across the required size range, preserving the intended silhouette from first sample through to final production.

Sampling

Where the idea becomes real.

Sampling transforms the design from possibility into something physical. We develop toiles, prototypes, fit samples, development samples and final samples, testing construction, material behaviour, proportion and finish before production begins. Every iteration has one purpose: refine until it is right.

From our West London studio, we provide specialist garment manufacturing across low, medium and larger-volume production requirements. Cutting, construction, assembly, finishing and quality control are managed with the same attention to detail established during development. Our studio operates strictly by appointment, so that every client receives our full, undivided attention.
